Stephanie E. Greenberg is a Principal Partner and Co-Founder at Greenberg & Sinkovits, LLC, where she focuses her practice on Family Law and Transactional Real Estate matters. Stephanie is committed to providing practical, strategic counsel while guiding clients through some of life's most significant legal and personal transitions.
In her Family Law practice, Stephanie represents clients in a wide range of matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, pre and postnuptial agreements. and post-decree issues. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative, advocating for the best interests of children involved in contested Family Law proceedings. As a trained mediator, she understands the value of resolving disputes efficiently and collaboratively whenever possible while remaining a strong advocate when litigation is necessary.
In addition to her Family Law practice, Stephanie assists clients with Transactional Real Estate matters, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate residential and commercial real estate transactions with confidence and attention to detail.
