Stephanie Greenberg formed Greenberg & Sinkovits, LLC with Michelle Sinkovits Ferguson in 2012 and has been a Partner since the Firm’s inception.
Stephanie is an experienced Family Law and Divorce attorney managing cases involving complex financial issues, child support, maintenance (spousal support), allocation (custody), and Prenuptial/Postnuptial Agreements. Stephanie has a diverse clientele who range from business owners to stay at home parents to physicians. Stephanie believes that negotiating and working towards settlement is generally in the best interest of her clients. However, as a seasoned litigator, Stephanie is prepared to fight for her clients’ interests in the courtroom as well.
Stephanie also acts as a Guardian Ad Litem or Child Representative advocating for the best interests of children involved in divorce or parentage matters. Stephanie’s practice also includes mediation. As a mediator, Stephanie focuses on the parties’ priorities to assist them in coming to a mutually agreeable resolution.
Stephanie added real estate to her practice after witnessing the real estate transactions taking place in her Family Law matters. Stephanie understands that buying or selling real estate is one of the most important transactions in her clients’ lives. Stephanie successfully guides her clients through the real estate process minimizing any stress or issues along the way.
Stephanie received her B.A. in Sociology from The University of Colorado at Boulder in 2005 and her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2010. Stephanie spends her time outside of work taking walks with her husband and two children, reading, and volunteering her time for various organizations.
